Our Story

A Community Built on Culture & Compassion

Asian Indian Americans of Central Pennsylvania (AIACPA) was founded in 1991 and became fully operational in 1993. As an established non-profit 501(c)(3), we have spent over three decades educating Central PA about Indian culture.

AIACPA works to promote education, organize entertainment, encourage democratic participation, build harmonious relationships, and bring communities together โ€” committed to a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Through various programs and initiatives, AIACPA fosters a greater understanding and appreciation of all diverse cultures, creating a stronger and more unified community.

AIACPA is a non-partisan/secular association with no political ideology โ€” interested solely in the democratic process of the USA. We promote Asian Indian interests and actively educate elected officials and policy makers on issues affecting our community.

AIACPA is a proud thread in the fabric of Central Pennsylvania, the state, and the USA. We actively participate in concerns of the local community, Keystone State, and the nation.

Asian Indians practice and believe in nonviolence, peaceful coexistence, equal economic opportunities, fair and equal justice for all. We strive for higher learning and education for all.
